gotalkWho is billing me now?
gotalk™ is billing you for April, we are using the existing Wild billing system, Direct Debit authorities and BPAY® codes, with the full co-operation of the Administrators who are operating the existing Bank Account, as advised earlier you will need to complete new direct debit authorities and update your BPAY codes as soon as advised by us. In the meantime please pay in the members area, as usual, if that is how you do it.

Are there any changes to my payment terms?
No, your account will become due and payable in the usual way.

Can I cancel my service and how much will it cost?
Yes, as per the terms and conditions of your service you are required to give 1 calendar month’s notice in writing or via your members area account. If you are under contract you will be required to pay the remaining balance of your contract and any exit fee that may be associated with your plan.
