We wish to inform you that we have entered into an agreement with Wild Internet & Telecom Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) (“Wild IT”) to transfer all internet and telecom customers to us.

But first, let us introduce ourselves. gotalk is an Australian owned full service communications provider and we strive to provide our customers with quality services and best value for money. The products we offer include landline, mobile, internet and broadband voice (VoIP). Our aim is to make our customer’s life easier with great service and the use of the latest technologies, all on a single account.  Our full range of products and services can be viewed at http://www.gotalk.com.

What does this mean for you? We have gone to great lengths to ensure that you will see little or no difference as a result of this transition. To assist in the transition, your current email address and access details will remain unchanged, things like static IP addresses and modem setting also stay the same.

Over time we will need to update some account information, such as, asking that you update your Direct Debit Authorities and update your BPAY® codes, in the meantime everything stays the same.

We are working to make the transition as smooth as possible. We will be posting answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) on the Wild IT web site as well as our own, which hopefully covers most of your immediate questions.  We will aim to update this to keep everyone advised as we move forward.
