Who is billing me now? gotalk™ is billing you for April, we are using the existing Wild billing system, Direct Debit authorities and BPAY® codes, with the full co-operation of the Administrators who are operating the existing Bank Account, as advised earlier you will need to complete new direct debit authorities and update your BPAY codes as soon as advised by us. In the meantime please pay in the members area, as usual, if that is how you do it.
Are there any changes to my payment terms? No, your account will become due and payable in the usual way. Can I cancel my service and how much will it cost? Yes, as per the terms and conditions of your service you are required to give 1 calendar month’s notice in writing or via your members area account. If you are under contract you will be required to pay the remaining balance of your contract and any exit fee that may be associated with your plan. Click here to download a PDF version.
Will there be any changes to my plan? Plans will remain unchanged, however some plans may have small changes to them in which case we will advise you accordingly. We will also advise you of the comprehensive range of plans that gotalk provide which may suit you better or with special offers to upgrade and add to your services. Will I get a new agreement? Your agreement remains in place as we introduce gotalk’s general terms and conditions and gotalk’s fair use policy, these will be circulated and sufficient notice will be provided. As we are always striving to improve our services and range of products these terms and conditions do change over time. In all cases we respect the commitment we make to you in your existing agreement.
