  1. fDefinitions

    1. "ISP" or "Wild Internet & Telecom" refers to Wild Internet & Telecom Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) ABN 98 091 470 692, its networks and its system.

    2. "The Customer", "end user", "you" or "your" refers to any person or device that receives services from Wild Internet & Telecom or connects to Wild Internet & Telecom for the purpose of gaining access to the system.

    3. "The system" refers to any computer, network, concentrator, terminal, or device that is used to supply services by Wild Internet & Telecom.
    4. "Members Area" refers to the area on Wild Internet & Telecom Web Site used by the Customer to access notices and account information.
    5. "Carrier" refers to the licensed Carrier used by Wild Internet & Telecom for provision of ADSL services.
    6. This agreement is governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia and the parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia when determining any dispute concerning this agreement.
    7. By using or subscribing to Wild Internet & Telecom you are subject to the following products terms and conditions, which should also be read in conjunction with our Standard Form of Agreement under Part 23 & S479,  Telecommunications Act, 1997 (Cwth).
  2. Registration

    1. During the subscription process you will be asked for personal information and you authorise Wild Internet & Telecom to obtain personal information about you t support your application to become an ISP member and to conduct all relevant credit checks and searches to enable Wild Internet & Telecom to determine your credit worthiness.

    2. You must be at least eighteen years of age, and provide your correct name, current address and telephone number/s. A current Drivers License and Date of Birth may also be required as part of determining your correct identity and you agree to immediately inform Wild Internet & Telecom of any changes to your personal details.
    3. Your privacy will be respected at all times, and any personal information you provide us will be handled and protected in terms of the Privacy Act, 2001 (Cwth).
  3. Notices

    1. Regular notices are sent to your ISP E-mail address and or posted in the Members Area for your information. You must regularly check your ISP E-mail address and or the Members Area for important notices from Wild Internet & Telecom. Notices have been sent when Date Stamped by the sending ISP mail server and or posted in the Members Area.

    2. Wild Internet & Telecom reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions in any way and as required. Notice of such changes will be delivered via postings on Wild Internet & Telecom's Web site only. Continued usage of services indicates your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in their amended form.
  4. Your Conduct

    1. Any passwords we provide, must remain confidential and are not transferable.

    2. Data is prioritised according to protocol type as follows:
      1. Level 1: HTTP, FTP, E-mail, Known Gaming Ports
      2. Level 2: MSN, ICQ, IRC etc
      3. Level 3: News Groups, Streaming, ICMP
      4. Level 4: General Use Ports that can or may be re-prioritized when necessary
      5. Level 5: P2P, Ports that are liable to be easily exploited by virus/trojans, Known software piracy sites, etc.
        Note - these restrictions do not apply to older NEXTEP bridged/PG plans, HDSL or ADSL2 plans.
    3. Deleted.
    4. You may not place, store or relay software or information on our system which is unlawful, or engage in any form of "hacking", "relaying", "mail bombing", "ping attacks", "spamming", "port scanning", "denial of service", or any disruptive action against our system.
    5. You may not assign, transfer or resell this agreement or service, or use the service to provide data feeds for other systems, services or locations.  Should we identify that the service is being resold without our written consent, a 500% surcharge will apply to the normal monthly fee.
    6. You are responsible for selecting and maintaining at your own expense any facilities or equipment necessary for you to connect to our system.
    7. We are not responsible for any of your data, files, content or directories hosted on our Web Hosting servers and you must maintain your own backups. Routine backups performed by us may be available as a last resort.
    8. Any material you submit for publication on our Web Hosting servers must not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, statutory, common law or proprietary rights of others, or contain anything libellous, illegal or harmful and you may not use our services to transmit, publish or make: defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threaten.
  5. Limitation of Liability

    1. Wild Internet & Telecom is not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including without limitation any loss of profit, indirect, consequential or incidental loss, damage or injury) in respect of any goods supplied to you or arising from your use of the system, information obtained from it, or timed telephone calls charged by a telephone company to you.

    2. Wild Internet & Telecom is dependent on external network and data services, therefore you indemnify Wild Internet & Telecom for any inability to provide such services which are beyond its control. Wild Internet & Telecom does not guarantee that access to any system either internal or external to Wild Internet & Telecom, will be available at any given time or that the files, information or services will be error free or fault free.
    3. The failure of Wild Internet & Telecom at any time to enforce or require the strict compliance of any provision in this agreement, shall not be interpreted as a variation of this agreement. Wild Internet & Telecom reserves the right to alter the system rules as required and to subcontract or assign this agreement without giving you notice.
    4. This agreement is binding upon your successors, assigns, heirs, executors and administrators. If you are underage and have failed to disclosed this to Wild Internet & Telecom, this agreement is legally binding on your parents or legal guardians.
  6. Plans, Billing and Payment

    1. All current plans and prices are published on our Web site and on all ISP Registration Forms which are available at all locations where the ISP services are sold.

    2. Plans are subject to change and subscriptions to any plan may be limited to ensure appropriate network performance. Selected plans may be withdrawn when fully subscribed. Some plans are offered purely for promotional purposes, may be withdrawn at any time without notice and are subject to special conditions which are in addition to Wild Internet & Telecom Terms and Conditions.

    3. You may select a different plan at any time by calling our Customer Services on 1300 13 9453. Unused hours or unused data on your current plan will not carry over to the new plan or next period and excess fees must be paid before your plan change will take effect.

    4. Unused hours or data volume will not be rolled over into the following month.

    5. Unless otherwise specified, all new plan subscriptions require payment in advance of the Plan Fee plus the applicable Activation Fee. You are billed each month following subscription.

    6. Monthly billing is processed for the month in advance on the first day of the month. Accounts notices and Tax Invoices are sent to your ISP E-mail address and are available from the Members Area on the Wild Internet & Telecom Web site. Service is suspended for non-payment by the due date.
    7. Wild Internet & Telecom reserves the right to pass on any bank fees incurred as a result of dishonoured account payments, including bank representation fees, merchant charge-backs and retrieval costs.
    8. Wild Internet & Telecom plans are subscription-based which means that your account will continue to be charged each month regardless of whether usage of the account has occurred.
    9. Payment for services to Wild Internet & Telecom is by credit card, authorised by an Irrevocable Credit Card Authority (http://www.wildit.net.au/pdf/CC%20Authority.pdf).  Where payment is not by credit card, Wild Internet & Telecom requires a Service Bond for a minimum of the total value of ones month's services in advance plus $100 per active service.  Where payment is made by credit card and such card declines, is revoked or refused and the customer has not paid a Service Bond, Wild Internet & Telecom reserves the right to suspend service until such Service Bond is paid.
    10. Wild Internet & Telecom requires payment to be remitted to it in Australian dollars by either:
      1. cheque or money order; or
      2. cash by personal delivery to our office; or
      3. direct credit to its bank account, ANZ BSB: 012-110 Account: 3496-41257 (specify member # in remittance);
      4. credit card, including but not limited to (and subject to change without notice), American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and VISA Card; or
      5. REMOVED;
      6. by Direct Debit (see Direct Debit Request form and Direct Debit Terms & Conditions).
    11. Arrangements such as payment by contra or Bartercard (for existing customers as of 26 March 2007), are on a case by case basis, subject to change without notice.  In all such cases, where a cash component exists, eg. part Bartercard and part cash, then the cash component must be remitted by an automatic method of payment, eg. Credit Card or Direct Debit, on a standing authority to charge.  Where a customer is unable to provide such automated payment authority, then we reserve the right not accept this method of payment and/or refund any prepaid component of same.
    12. Where payment is remitted by any method other than 6.10(a), 6.10(b) or 6.10(c), we reserve the right, in accordance with Reserve Bank Policy to recharge any merchant fees to the customer, which are:
      1. 2% for Bankcard, MasterCard and VISA Card;
      2. 3% for American Express & Diners Club; and
      3. 7.05% for Bartercard.
  7. Cancellation and Relocation

    1. If you decide to close or cancel your service or move to another service provider, you must provide us with at least 1 calendar month's advance notice either

      (a) in writing signed by the account holder and delivered by:

            (i) fax to 02-8306-0099 to the attention of provisioning; and/or
            (ii) post to P O Box 889 Strawberry Hills, Surry Hills NSW 2012; and/or
            (iii) scanned email attachment to This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it ); or,

      (b) via the Member's Area, which we will call you by telephone to verify (if we are unable to verify this, we will not act on it until we are able to complete simple identity check with the account holder).

      To protect your security and privacy, we are unable to accept service cancellations via telephone or e-mail.  You may download a suitable form here; complete, approve and send this to us.

    2. If you close or cancel your account with us:
      1. If your final account is less than the amount of your security deposit, we will refund you the difference.
      2. If your final account is greater than the amount of your security deposit, we will apply the security deposit amount to your final account after you have paid us the difference.
    3. Upon cancellation, the following fees are payable:
      1. the difference between the minimum amount payable each month under the contract and the amount payable to the end of the contract, if any; and
      2. any exit fee stipulated in the agreement or order form - where none is stipulated, the amount shall be $149 per active service.
    4. If you cancel your service, or give intention that you will cancel your service, and:
      1. you have not paid a Service Bond; and/or
      2. your credit card declines, credit card authority is revoked or payment is refused by your credit provider; and/or
      3. you owe money to us, we reserve the right to suspend service until payment for the balance is paid in full.
    5. Should you relocate premises, we do not warrant that service will be available at your new premises.  In the event that service is not available at your new premises you are liable for fees in accordance with clause 7.3, if applicable.  A new contract period commences once relocation to the new premises is completed.    You may download a suitable form here, complete and authorise by the account holder and return to us.
  8. Termination

    1. Wild Internet & Telecom may close, suspend or terminate your service without a refund or credit if in the opinion of Wild Internet & Telecom you materially breach any of these terms and conditions and you will remain liable for all charges owing under this agreement.

    2. Where monies are outstanding to Wild Internet & Telecom, we reserve the right to reject any requests to cancel or change ADSL codes.
    3. Wild Internet & Telecom reserves the right to refuse service to any client that has a past due balance or has had three or more late payments within any 12-month period.

  10. Dialup Service

    1. Wild Internet & Telecom provides a service that is available twenty four hours a day to the standard active telephone jack in your premises. It is your responsibility to ensure that the access number provided by Wild Internet & Telecom is a local call.

    2. Wild Internet & Telecom supplies a connection disk suitable for current versions of Microsoft Windows to configure your computer correctly; your registered Windows operating system software may be required for installation of any missing components required for connecting your computer to the internet. You are responsible if you tamper with the settings or allow another internet service provider's installation disk to alter or disrupt Wild Internet & Telecom internet settings and connection.
    3. During peak periods, network capacity may become limited and access is not guaranteed. Multiple logins are not allowed, terminal logins are not permitted and this service may not be used as a Permanent Modem Connection, Permanent IP address, Mail or Web Server or to provide any Publicly Available service.
    4. To ensure our service is shared fairly and equitably between end users, the standard system settings require you to re-authenticate every three (3) hours with a fifteen (15) minute enforced break. Twenty (20) minutes of continuous inactivity also requires you to re-authenticate.
    5. Automated attempts, devices or practices to avoid re-authentication are not permitted and your access to the system will be restricted if in our opinion you engage in activities which restrict or deprive access to other end users.
    6. You agree to monitor your account usage and not to exceed the "average usage" as reported by the AUM (Average Usage Monitor) in the Members Area.
  11. Web Hosting

    1. Wild Internet & Telecom gives no warranty, express or implied, for the Web hosting services provided. This 'no warranty' clause expressly includes any reimbursement for losses of income due to disruption of services by Wild Internet & Telecom or its providers beyond the fees paid by you to Wild Internet & Telecom for services.

    2. While Wild Internet & Telecom shall make every reasonable effort to protect data stored on the system, Wild Internet & Telecom is not responsible for your data, files, or directories residing on Wild Internet & Telecom's equipment. You are solely responsible for maintaining data, file, and directory structure backups.
    3. You hereby agree that any material submitted for publication on Wild Internet & Telecom through the Web hosting services provided to you will not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, statutory, common law or proprietary rights of others, or contain anything libellous or harmful.
    4. Use of distribution lists via unsolicited electronic mail or other electronic mailings is strictly prohibited. Wild Internet & Telecom reserves the right to deactivate your account/s upon an indication of such activity. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wild Internet & Telecom from any claim resulting from your use of electronic mail service on your account.
    5. Using Wild Internet & Telecom's network to advertise, transmit, store, post, display, or otherwise make available child pornography or obscene speech or material is strictly prohibited.
    6. Using the Wild Internet & Telecom network as a means to transmit or post defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening language is strictly prohibited.
    7. Engaging in activities that are determined to be illegal, including advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards, and pirating software is strictly prohibited.
    8. Engaging in activities, whether lawful or unlawful, that Wild Internet & Telecom determines to be harmful to its subscribers, operations, reputation, goodwill, or customer relations is strictly prohibited.
  12. Domain Registration, Renewal and Modification of Licensee's Details

    1. Wild Internet & Telecom provides no warranty or guarantee that the Domain name applied for will be available for registration.

    2. Registration and ongoing use of a Domain name are bound by the relevant naming authority's policies and procedures and you agree to irrevocably waive any claims against Wild Internet & Telecom that may arise resulting from the decision of a naming authority to refuse to register a Domain name.
    3. In the circumstances that Wild Internet & Telecom did not register your Domain name, you accept that it is your responsibility to ensure that your Domain Name Licence is renewed furthermore, Wild Internet & Telecom will accept no responsibility or liability for the renewal of your Domain name under these circumstances.
    4. Should Wild Internet & Telecom undertake the renewal of a Domain name on your behalf where the original registrar for the Domain is different to Wild Internet & Telecom's registrar of choice, the successful renewal of the Domain by Wild Internet & Telecom will be dependant on your agreement to transfer the Domain to our registrar of choice.
    5. Wild Internet & Telecom's Registrars of Choice for all TLD (.com, .net, .org, .biz, .info) and ".au" Domain name registrations and renewals are Melbourne IT, Planet Domain or TPP Internet.  All ".au" Domain registrations and renewals are bound by Planet Domain's policies in addition to any conditions stated in these Terms & Conditions, published at http://domains.wildtechnology.net/service_agree_popup.jsp?popup=true and  policies published by auDA.
    6. Domain registration applications will only be processed upon payment for this service and Wild Internet & Telecom accepts no responsibility for delays in Domain registration where the delay results from a third party.
    7. The Customer may request Wild Internet & Telecom to change its details as the licensee of a domain name, specifically a change of proprietor.  Such request must be in writing to Wild Internet & Telecom, including details of the change, including all parties legal names, ABN numbers and signed by authorised representatives.  An administration charge of $100 applies and must be completed within 21 days before expiry of a domain, otherwise the domain will be need to be renewed in the old parties name/s and then have the Change of Details completed in accordance with this clause once the renewal has been completed.
    8. Domain names that are the subject of hosting by us are automatically renewed unless one month's notice is given by the licensee to us, prior to the anniversary date - prices for domains shall be at current Melbourne IT advertised rates, per  http://www.melbourneit.com.au/cc/products/pricing.
  13. ADSL Service (SOHO & Business)

    1. The Initial Service Supply Term of this agreement is 12 months from the Service Commencement Date, unless agreed in writing to the contrary. At the end of the Initial Service Supply Term, subscription to this Service will automatically be renewed on a monthly basis. Should the Service be terminated prior to the expiration of the Initial Service Supply Term by any of the following actions:
      (a) cancellation of the Service at your request; or
      (b) re-location of your Service from the installed Service address, or
      (c) disconnection or cancellation of the phone line that the Service is attached to,
      you will be liable for a Termination Fee of $100 (inc. GST).

    2. ADSL Service uses Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line technology and any transmission speeds refer to the maximum theoretical speed achievable by the ADSL Service under ideal conditions.
    3. No SLA (Service Level Agreement) is provided for this ADSL Service, however Wild Internet & Telecom will use its best efforts to provide timely restoration of service, however no guarantee is provided. The ADSL Service is not guaranteed to work and there is no time frame for the restoration of ADSL Service in the event of a failure.
    4. You agree to release and indemnify Wild Internet & Telecom, the Contractor and the Carrier for any and all liability arising from the following:
      (a) Disruption in the delivery of your telephone service,
      (b) Cancellation of the ADSL Service for any reason,
      (c) Suspension of the provision of the ADSL Service to particular Internet Protocol (IP) addresses; or,
      (d) Cancellation of, or refusal by Wild Internet & Telecom to provide services deemed by the Carrier to be incompatible with the provision of ADSL Service on the nominated analogue telephone line.
    5. You agree that Wild Internet & Telecom may use licensed third party suppliers and or contractors for the installation of ADSL services and that Wild Internet & Telecom may use any Carrier for the provision of ADSL services.
    6. You must procure for the Carrier, Contractor or Wild Internet & Telecom all such access to the premises as may be required for the provision of ADSL Service and indemnify the Carrier, Contractor or Wild Internet & Telecom against any claim by the owner or occupier of the ADSL service premises, or any person, in relation to the entry of those premises.
    7. You warrant that the end user to whom the Carrier supplies a standard telephone service is the same end user of this ADSL Service and agree that the Installation of the ADSL Service may cause temporary disruption to the standard telephone service nominated by you.
    8. ADSL Service is available in (3) three theoretical speeds: 256Kbps/64Kbps, 512Kbps/128Kbps and 1.5Mbps/256Kbps in asymmetric (faster downstream than upstream) configurations with dynamic IP addresses included as part of the standard service. Actual service speeds may be different than the theoretical speeds for reasons which include but are not limited to: (a) Carrier line interference, (b) Internet Congestion, (c) Aggregation, and (d) errors in the configuration of your equipment.
    9. Additional Carrier service features may interfere with the supply of the ADSL Service. These include but are not limited to: (a) Customer Loop Metering, (b) InContact, (c) Line Hunt, (d) OnRamp, (e) Payphone and (f) Siteline. Any other telephony equipment used on the same line as the ADSL Service must be isolated from interference by the use of an appropriate line filter.
    10. ADSL Service is provided on an "as is" basis and Wild Internet & Telecom cannot guarantee provision of ADSL Services where the ADSL service is reliant on another Carrier.
    11. ADSL Service is only available as an overlay to the existing copper local loop provided by the Carrier and due to technical limitations by the Carrier, ADSL can only be provided on a "Qualified Pair" telephone line, as described and determined by the Carrier.
    12. Should your cancel your telephone service provided by the local loop, the ADSL Service will also cease to function.
    13. SDSL Service allows the operation of Servers.
    14. A single (1) Permanent IP address is provided with this service as well as the ability to ping or traceroute out of the network or into the network.
    15. ADSL Service will re-authenticate every 24 hours from the commencement of a session for the purpose of measuring data usage. Re-authentication is performed automatically and is transparent provided your ADSL modem or router is configured to re-authenticate automatically.
    16. ADSL Service is a layer 2 service designed for residential and small business use and is not suitable for activities requiring mission critical services such as Gaming, Video Conferencing, Database interfacing or VPNs etc.
    17. ADSL services may not be re-sold or used to provide data feeds for other services, locations or systems.
      Our Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP) for Residential Grade services provides maximum limit for each Service level. Once the AUP limit is reached during a calendar month, the speed is slowed (regardless of Service level) to 64Kbps/64Kbps. The AUP limit for each Service level is as follows: (1) 256Kbps/64Kbps = 15GB per month; (2) 512Kbps/128Kbps = 25GB limit per month; (3) 1500Kbps/256Kbps = 35GB per month.
  14. SDSL

    1. The Initial Service Supply Term of this agreement is 12 months from the Service Commencement Date.     4. SDSL Service is provided on an "as is" basis and Wild Internet & Telecom cannot guarantee provision of SDSL Services where the SDSL service is reliant on another Carrier.
    5. You agree to release and indemnify Wild Internet & Telecom, the Contractor and the Carrier for any and all liability arising from the following:
      (a) Disruption in the delivery of the Consumer telephone service,
      (b) Cancellation of the SDSL Service for any reason,
      (c) Suspension of the provision of the SDSL Service to particular Internet Protocol (IP) addresses; or,
      (d) Cancellation of, or refusal by Wild Internet & Telecom to provide services deemed by the Carrier to be incompatible with the provision of SDSL Service on the nominated analogue telephone line. 
    6. Installation
      You agree that Wild Internet & Telecom may use licensed third party suppliers and or contractors for the installation of SDSL services and that Wild Internet & Telecom may use any Carrier for the provision of SDSL services.
    7. You must procure for the Carrier, Contractor or Wild Internet & Telecom all such access to the premises as may be required for the provision of SDSL Service and indemnify the Carrier, Contractor or Wild Internet & Telecom against any claim by the owner or occupier of the SDSL service premises, or any person, in relation to the entry of those premises.
    8. You warrant that the end user to whom the Carrier supplies a standard telephone service is the same end user of this SDSL Service and agree that the Installation of the SDSL Service may cause temporary disruption to the standard telephone service nominated by you. Technical

Actual service speeds may be different than the theoretical speeds for reasons which include but are not limited to: (a) Carrier line interference, (b) Internet Congestion, (c) Aggregation, and (d) errors in the configuration of your equipment.
    10. Additional Carrier service features may interfere with the supply of the SDSL Service. These include but are not limited to: (a) Customer Loop Metering, (b) InContact, (c) Line Hunt, (d) OnRamp, (e) Payphone and (f) Siteline. Any other telephony equipment used on the same line as the SDSL Service must be isolated from interference by the use of an appropriate line filter.

    14. A single (1) Permanent IP address is provided with this service as well as the ability to ping or traceroute out of the network or into the network.
    15. SDSL Service will re-authenticate every 24 hours from the commencement of a session for the purpose of measuring data usage. Re-authentication is performed automatically and is transparent provided your DSL modem or router is configured to re-authenticate automatically.
    16. SDSL Service is a layer (2) two service designed for activities requiring mission critical services such as Gaming, Video Conferencing, Database interfacing or VPNs etc.
    17. SDSL services may not be re-sold or used to provide data feeds for other services, locations or systems.
    18. Our Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP) for SDSL Service 512Kbps/512Kbps = 35GB limit per month. Once the Acceptable Usage Policy limit has been reached during a calendar month, the speed is slowed to 64Kbps/64Kbps.
  15. Wireless Broadband Service

    1. Wild Internet & Telecom Wireless Broadband services are supplied under the Carrier Licence granted to Wild Internet & Telecom partners, NEC Australia Pty Ltd or Personal Broadband Australia Limited ACN 095 822 905 , by the Australian Communications Authority under the Telecommunications Act, 1997 (CWTH).

    2. Wild Internet & Telecom Wireless Broadband is suitable for residential and small businesses, however no warranty is provided as to the quality of the service for commercial use.
    3. Wild Internet & Telecom Wireless Broadband is available in the following configurations:
      Configuration  Desktop / Bridge  Mobile / PCMCIA 
       AsymmetriciBurst 256/64, 512/128, 1024/345 iBurst 256/64, 512/128, 1024/345 
    4. Multiple logins and terminal logins are not permitted and the Wireless Broadband Services may not be used as a Permanent Connection or used to operate a Mail or Web Server or to provide any Publicly Available service.
    5. A Static IP Address is standard with this service.
    6. Wild Internet & Telecom Wireless Broadband Services are subject to an Acceptable Usage Policy or "Shaping" limit which is shown on the published plans on the Wild Internet & Telecom Website. Once the Acceptable Usage Policy limit has been reached during a calendar month, the speed is then slowed to 64Kbps/64Kbps.
    7. Meteorological conditions and other forms of interference may diminish the quality of Internet access via wireless. You acknowledge that Wild Internet & Telecom has no control over such events and cannot bear responsibility for any consequences. In the event that interference temporarily diminishes data transmission to a point where the access is unusable, Wild Internet & Telecom will where possible, make 56K dial-up access available to you during the period of interruption.
    8. Our Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP) provides a maximum limit for each Service level. Once the AUP limit of 10GB is reached during a calendar month, the speed is slowed (regardless of Service level) to 64Kbps/64Kbps.
  16. Web Design Services

    1. A signed contract and 50% deposit is required for new Web site design. Balance due on completion and any additional costs must be paid in full before Web site is rendered active and search engine registrations will be completed.

    2. All requests for updates and changes (maintenance) must be submitted in writing by E-mail or attachment to E-mail (.doc, .pdf, .txt, .rtf). Urgent requests may be phoned in, but must be followed up with written requests. File attachments must be virus free.
    3. Contracted maintenance will have priority over non-contracted work. Requests for changes and updates not under contract will be handled on a first come, first serve basis.
    4. Maintenance requests under contract are given top priority and will be completed within 48 hours or two business days of initial request. Exempt from this are changes or updates that require more than 3 hours to complete, redesign work.
    5. Deposits will be required for extended updates or upgrades to site. Deposits will be based on time estimated for work, and any past due balances on account. All accounts must be paid in full before new work is started.
    6. Late or non-payment of charges will allow Wild Internet & Telecom to remove or replace any updated or changed Web pages or files from your Web site at our discretion.
